My client is an award winning, established, independent financial broker based near Yeadon and Leeds Bradford Airport (LS19). Due to an exciting period of growth, they are now recruiting an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join their business. This is a full-time, office based role.


Role responsibilities:

  • Contacting new customer through a mixture of outbound sales calls and other marketing activity
  • Fact finding through effective questioning to understand customers needs and then discussing financial solutions
  • Consultative selling
  • Exceeding sales targets
  • Working to set targets and KPI’s
  • Maintaining and growing the sales prospect database
  • Keeping the sales CRM up to date
  • Work closely with other departments such as the Marketing team
  • Completing all administration and paperwork in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance with FCA rules and guidelines at all times
  • Continually learning and developing your product knowledge by attending regular training


Essential requirements:

  • Previous telesales experience is essential
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Used to working in a fast paced sales environment
  • Great rapport building!
  • Target driven with the ability to influence and sell. Must have a consultative sales approach
  • Organised and methodical with your approach to work and able to work on your own initiative without being micro-managed
  • Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character
  • Team player, reliable and responsible
  • Must be computer literate and able to pick up new software quickly
