Our client is a creative sales promotion consultancy with industry expertise in risk managed sales promotions. They offer multilingual redemption campaigns and manage sales promotions globally, including EMEA and North America. They’re big on what they do and their people are at the core of how they do it. They’re a team full of innovators, collaborators, techies and big thinkers who all share a love of helping develop outstanding creative solutions. They have a number of international speakers working for their company and they are now looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This is a full-time, fully remote based role on a 6 month fixed term contract.


Role responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from Dutch customers and distributors
  • Addressing customers’ enquiries via the telephone, internet and e-mail in English and Dutch
  • Providing quality advice and information to customers
  • Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry
  • Processing inbound promotional claims accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Translations English-Dutch and proof reading of documents and websites


Person specification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential – Dutch to the level of a native speaker with fluent English
  • A professional work ethic, be passionate and want to offer customers the highest level of customer services
  • IT literate with a sound knowledge of databases
  • To be proactive and work on your own initiative
  • Be a good team player and committed to your work
  • Must have your own PC/laptop with a stable internet connection for remote/home working


What’s on offer:

  • Base salary of £20,375 (pro rata for 6 months)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, no evening or weekend working!
  • Fully remote based
